Anna is a senior at Minerva (University program accredited by the Claremont Colleges with a 2.8% acceptance rate) studying Computer Science and Economics. Her interests range from fintech and machine learning to sociology and sustainability. Her top hard skills include programming in Python, R, and SQL, and ML libraries and web development. She is currently a machine learning teaching assistant at Minerva; she is responsible for curating content, holding office hours, and writing study guides.
In the past, she was a Data Engineering Intern at N26 (a German mobile bank and one of the highest valued fintech start-ups globally), a Data Science Intern at Remitly (a fast-growing fintech business that transfers money between 200 countries), and a Cognitive Architect Intern at IBM. During her time at Minerva, Anna lived in seven different international cities (San Francisco, Seoul, Hyderabad, Berlin, Buenos Aires, London, and Taipei).
